TJ has always had a special place in his heart for children. When he became a parent himself, it was only natural for him to seek out the best education and child care for his three kids. Quality education has always been a vital component of his decision-making when selecting a school. So when he was introduced to the Balanced Learning® Approach, it piqued his interest both as a parent and as a potential owner of a Primrose school. 

Alia has always had a deep love for children. When she became a mother, finding the best education and child care for her three kids became a top priority. Quality education has always played a crucial role in her decision-making when selecting a school. So when she was introduced to the Balanced Learning® Approach, she was immediately drawn to its philosophy—not just as a parent, but also as a potential owner of a Primrose school. 

 With over 23 years of experience in operations leadership, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible teams to solve problems, improve processes, and build a culture of continuous improvement.  I grew up in a beautiful town in South India, where I completed most of my early education before life took me on a journey across the globe.  What drives me professionally is creating environments where people enjoy working together—where teamwork, trust, and individuality are celebrated. I believe when people feel supported and valued, they do their best work and lift each other up in the process. 

Ms. Anu has been in the education industry for over 20 years. She has a Master’s in Child Development along with Montessori certification. Anu’s experience goes beyond being a guide in the classroom to mentoring teachers to be the best version of who they are and overall management of the school. Anu lives in Cumming with her husband, son and her two fur babies. Anu’s son is a Primrose Alumni who is now an undergrad at Georgia Tech.

Kelly has been with Primrose Schools since 2005! Kelly started her Primrose journey at Primrose Cumming West as a Lead Teacher in the Early Preschool and Preschool classrooms. In 2008 she was promoted to the Leadership Team as Director of Operations, and then in 2022 to Area Director of Operations, overseeing the operations for all of our sister schools. In 2024, Kelly became an onsite owner and partner. Kelly has over 20 years of experience in the early learning industry and holds a Child Development Associates.

 Ms. Sweta joined our Primrose family in 2023 with experience in another early learning school. Sweta has a Masters in Business Administration and lives here in Cumming, GA with her husband and 2 children. During her free time Sweta loves dancing, cooking and traveling with her family. Sweta is happy to be a part of the Primrose family so that she can build happy, strong relationships with the families as well as the team!  

Ms. Nayo joined Primrose Cumming West in 2021 and is originally from North Hampton, MA. Nayo came to us with multiple years of experience in tutoring children. Nayo holds a Bachelors in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Masters. Nayo says the greatest feeling in the world is being able to connect with other people. Nayo is excited to provide a fun and safe environment for all children to learn and grow! 

Mrs. Rose joined our Primrose family in 2023. Rose is originally from Atlanta, GA and currently lives in Roswell with her husband and 2 children. Rose has a Bachelors of Arts in Music Education from UGA and prior to joining our team she was a High School teacher and Band Director. During her free time Rose loves reading, pilates, baking and spending time with her family doing outdoor activities and watching UGA football! 

 Ms. Pilar joined the Primrose Roswell North family in 2023. Ms. Pilar has over 10 years of experience in the Early Learning Industry working with young children and their families. Pilar has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Special Education. Pilar has worked in many roles in the Early Learning Industry as a Spanish and Fitness teacher, a Lead Teacher, and most recently an Educational CPR instruction for the maternity educational department for Northside Hospitals. During her free time she loves to spend time with her husband and friends, being outdoors cycling, hiking and yoga. Pilar believes that children are our future and she loves being a part in their learning journey! 

 Mr. Walter teaches Private Pre-Kindergarten here at Primrose School of Roswell North. He graduated from UGA in 1993 with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. He joined the Primrose Roswell family in 1995. He was born in New Jersey and spent his early years in New York State. Before coming to Primrose, he worked in a hospital, a diagnostic laboratory and has written software for the UGA foreign language department. He has also written and published several fantasy and sci-fi novels. He and his wife, Eileen, live in Woodstock with their children George, Walter and Margaret, and their dog, Autumn. He looks forward to working with your children and preparing them for the exciting transition into Kindergarten. 

Ms. Lauren joined our Primrose Family in 2023. She is from McDonough, GA married to a wonderful person, Austin. She enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors, her all time favorite thing to do is go fishing or hunting with her husband. Prior to joining Primrose, she was a kindergarten paraprofessional for four years at Henry County Schools.  

 Ms. Tau’Razia joined our team as an Education Coach. Tau’Razia is originally from Macon, GA and has 9 years of experience working in early childhood education and 6 of those years have been with Primrose Schools. During her free time she loves hiking or doing anything outdoors but also loves to snuggle up and read a good book! 

Raven has been working with Primrose Schools since 2024. She has been a lead teacher and is now the Operations Coordinator. Raven is a GA native and currently resides in the Gainesville area with her fiance. During her free time Raven likes to hang out with friends and family.  

Ms. Stefanie is the Operations Coordinator at Alpharetta East. Being involved with early childhood development is such a wonderful experience as she can help mold our friends for the future. She is from Cumming Georgia. and has an amazing son and dog (lab cur mix). In her free time she enjoys anything art related or exploring with her son and dog. They are big Disney fans in her house as well. She can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.

Mrs. Dominique began her career with us in January of 2016 as one of our Assistant Teachers while she was attending school at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. During her first year with us, Mrs. Dominique helped in both the toddler and infant classrooms where her love for helping children and their families continued to grow. After graduating in December with a Bachelors Degree in Early Child and Family Studies, Mrs. Dominique joined our management team in May of 2018 as our Assistant Director and then was promoted to being our Director in November of 2023. Ms. Dominique’s love for Primrose and our families truly shows in all that she does! 

 Mrs. Ellen  is a veteran of our industry, with over 25 years experience in both teaching and directing in an early childhood setting. In addition to her strong experience, Ellen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Northern Illinois University.
